“French and Armenian Parliamentary Friendship Groups Strengthen Ties and Discuss Hot Topics in Historic Meeting at the Senate of France”

Members of the RA-France Friendship Group are scheduled to meet on April 25 at the Senate of France with members of the French National Assembly – Senate Friendship Group with Armenia, as per the press service of the RA National Assembly. The meeting was attended by Armenian Ambassador to France and Monaco, Allan Alexandrian. Vardan Vardanyan, the head of the Armenian-French Friendship Group, warmly welcomed the French partners at the National Assembly. He emphasized the significance of strengthening the parliamentary relations between Armenia and France, stating that this was not the first time they were meeting in this format. Vardanyan expressed the importance of their friendship group in France and the represented group in Armenia having the opportunity to visit different regions and truly comprehend the collaboration in various sectors and at the local level.
Furthermore, the meeting addressed several topics, including the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats.
