President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has expressed that Armenia will have the opportunity to buy gas from Azerbaijan in the future. Azerbaijani authorities have stated that they currently meet 100% of Georgia’s gas requirements and their production levels are increasing yearly, with the aim to reach 3 billion cubic meters. Aliyev believes that Armenia will be able to benefit from the favorable and competitive gas prices offered by Azerbaijan. He emphasized that this cooperation would be natural, considering the existing collaboration and joint projects. He also highlighted that such cooperation is only possible due to the regulation of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the signing of a peace agreement.
