On April 24, at 01:13, the national emergency center received a report of an accident near Gyumri city in Shirak province. The accident involved JMTF vehicles. The NDRR service stated that they conducted an on-site assessment with the help of the regional deputy-head and rescue team. The vehicles involved were identified as a Mitsubishi, driven by G.S. (born 1989), and an ErAZ, driven by V.P. (born 1986). The collision took place on Ozhanyan Street, near the city stadium. Subsequently, the Mitsubishi collided with a GAZel vehicle, driven by H.A. (born 1987), which was parked nearby. Both the Mitsubishi and GAZel vehicles sustained damage.

The incident was reported at 01:33 and cleared at 01:54. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. The rescue team took precautions by closing the gas valve of the GAZel vehicle to prevent any potential hazards.
