“Armenia’s President Assures Peaceful Transition from the 90s Era of Conflict”

The 1990s was a period filled with military operations, but now we are shifting towards peace. The President of the National Security and Defense Committee recently confirmed this in an interview with the National Television Company. During the interview, questions were raised about the current state of security and peace. Andraniq Kocharyan expressed concern over the increasing tensions and mentioned that Armenia’s gas pipeline to Azerbaijan may be at risk if the situation escalates.

“Will it be in danger?” Kocharyan pondered. “We will respond accordingly, just as we did in the 90s when we were threatened. However, I believe they understand that we have no interest in disrupting the delicate peace we have now.”

In regards to the territorial issues and concerns about roads, Kocharyan assured that new roads would be constructed.

“The liberated territories are meant to prevent the enemy from advancing and occupying what they desire,” Kocharyan explained. “Their progress will be halted.”
