“Adrbejani joins the debate on ‘ancient villages’ following Armenian response to Bakvi’s ‘non-ancient villages'”

In Azerbaijan, there is a growing discussion about the concept of “ancient villages”. It is believed that the desire for more ancient villages has been inspired by the French saying “the appetite comes with eating”. This discussion started after the Armenian authorities mentioned “non-ancient villages” in Bakvi and Adrbejan demanded the inclusion of “ancient” villages. Adrbejani momul is publishing articles to address the question of when the “remaining villages will be returned”. Additionally, the Armenian non-ancient village in Artsvashen is referred to as “Bashkend”, which is traditionally used to establish its “Arabic origin”.
