Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi to Strengthen Bilateral Ties with Pakistan During High-Level Visit

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi is set to visit Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan, from April 22 to 24, as reported by the Mehr news agency. Raisi, accompanied by a high-level delegation, aims to engage in discussions and exchange views with Pakistan’s authorities regarding regional and global matters.

During his visit, President Raisi will hold meetings with Pakistan’s President, Prime Minister, Speaker of the Senate, and the National Assembly. Additionally, he will meet with the Chief of the Army Staff and the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

The discussions between both parties will cover various aspects such as the expansion of bilateral relations between Pakistan and Iran, encompassing trade, energy, agriculture, tourism, and people-to-people interactions. Furthermore, they will address regional and global developments and cooperate in the fight against terrorism.
