On April 20, at 13:32, a call was made to the Shirak Regional Rescue Service reporting an electrical fire near the “Aghin” library in the town of Ani. The Rescue Service promptly responded to the incident, conducting two firefighting operations and making use of a water tanker.

It has been determined that the fire was caused by a transformer located near the “Aghin” library.

The incident was successfully resolved at 14:15 and completely extinguished by 15:12. As a result of the fire, the electrical equipment, wooden structures of the building, and an area of approximately 1 square meter were damaged.
