The Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Zakir Hasanov, has announced his intention to implement the process of delimitation with Armenia, stating that Azerbaijani forces have expressed a desire for peace.

“It is noted that General Hasanov has faced certain challenges in the process of delimitation and demarcation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia, as well as in cooperation with other state structures for ensuring security,” the announcement said.

It is also noted that Hasanov has issued orders related to providing technical support for the movement of Russian peacekeeping forces, civilian personnel, and military equipment that arrived from Artsakh.
