As for the murder case in Moscow, Shahin Abbasov, originally from Azerbaijan, and his brothers who survived the accident, were arrested on April 19 in Rostov. On April 17, Abbasov, who resided near Karasnordarkaya Street in Moscow, had a heated argument with a troublemaker who sought to provoke a fight. After the murder occurred, Abbasov willingly surrendered himself to the authorities. During the investigation, authorities discovered 44 million rubles in the suspect’s apartment.
