“Ministry of Justice reveals alarming number of violations: 137 cases of rights abuse uncovered”

According to official reports from the Ministry of Justice, a recent investigation conducted by the State Commission revealed 137 cases of active advertising violations. These violations included individuals who were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without the proper license, causing bodily harm, possessing explosive materials, engaging in physical violence, possessing personal weapons, committing acts of hooliganism, mental violence and abuse, violating medical professional obligations, failing to fulfill legal obligations by healthcare workers, forging documents, unauthorized disposal of hazardous waste, encroaching on property protection and use requirements, escaping from detention, violating the rights of residential building tenants, violating labor protection regulations, and resisting representatives of the law.

Law enforcement agencies have reported eleven cases of arrest and two cases of harassment to NEWS.am. Additionally, one person has been detained for the possession of personal weapons or ammunition.

In previous cases of active advertising violations, there were five instances of bodily harm, one case involving the discovery of explosive materials and substances, and one case of physical violence.

Throughout the day, the country experienced seven traffic accidents, resulting in one fatality and ten people sustaining varying degrees of bodily harm.
