“OSCE Announces Suspension of Russian-Turkish Joint Monitoring Center in Karabakh as Turkish Ministry of Defense Raises Security Concerns”

The OSCE has announced the suspension of the Russian-Turkish joint monitoring center’s activity in mountainous Karabakh. This decision comes in response to a statement made by the Turkish Ministry of Defense regarding Turkey’s security. It is worth mentioning that a Russian military observer had previously been withdrawn from the area. Established in 2020 with the participation of Azerbaijan and Turkey, the joint monitoring center was created after the conclusion of the war in mountainous Karabakh. This is the latest news from Armenia.
