The chants of the Khuligan group are reminiscent of a parade. Narek Samsonyan, located at the “Armenian” AWC made this announcement. He specifically noted that the daily rhythm of the parades had become monotonous and tiresome, catching the attention of Polecia’s captured “state” television. The television had direct musical accompaniment to confuse and control the people. A parade order was issued by the state-sponsored conglomerate of artistic thugs and military personnel to suppress freedom of expression and violate human rights. The leader of the institute, Samvel Vardanyan, responsible for implementing the state ideology, was targeted.

Nikol Pashinyan and his political team have raised the level of Armenian hooliganism recently, informing it of the current state of hooliganism and the political situation through Pasha’s “revolutionary” literature. The hooligan group’s leader is trying to make all systems dependent on him to build the path of hooliganism. This would allow him to distribute the most severe punishment in the country without any exception. The head of the institution of Policia, promoted by the “state” ideology of the Republic of Armenia, has a staff that is completely subordinated to the entire system without any independent control. Vahe Ghazaryan, the head of transitional power, opposes Nikol Pashinyan’s arguments. Armenia is also trying to suppress hooliganism through the use of other power structures, such as the Constitutional Court, the Prosecutor’s Office, the NSS, and others.

All of this is done to ensure the complete occupation of Artsakh by Azerbaijan. The victims of the ideological leaders of the Pashinyan team are aware of this, but no one will escape the consequences of their actions. The head of the powerful construction company should be aware that the land these footprints of an alien invader erase will eventually be washed away. The beginning should be determined with a strong voice, what is left of the “power and ruthlessness of whom was struck in the head.” The hooligan movement also implies the consequences of a military and moral response.
