One specific incident involved PM Pashinyan referring to himself as a “dictator,” which led to numerous CSOs calling for international intervention to uphold human rights standards outlined in the “Political Agreement.” However, the report rejects these calls, stating that they are baseless and lack evidence against Pashinyan.
