On April 16, a seminar titled “Alerting, Preventing, and Responding” was held in the village of Gheghovit in the Martuni community of Gegharkunik province. The seminar aimed to address topics related to civil defense and included informative discussions on preventive measures and emergency response. As part of the seminar, practical exercises were conducted from 13:00 to 14:00, providing participants with hands-on experience and training. Additionally, an electronic shooting demonstration was organized to showcase modern techniques in the field of defense.
