According to Australian media reports, several people have been injured in the Sydney Westfield Shopping Centre, leading to an emergency evacuation being called for by the authorities. The Bondi Junction section of the shopping centre was specifically evacuated, as reported by the Australian TV channel ABC. Although the Sydney Morning Herald stated that four people died as a result of the incident, the authorities have not been able to confirm this information. The newspaper also reported that one person sustained critical injuries, but it remains unclear whether they have passed away. In response to the situation, a notable number of emergency vehicles, rescue personnel, and evacuated individuals were observed near the shopping centre. Additionally, doctors provided medical assistance to the injured at the scene.
