“Concerns Rise as Russian-Armenian Entertainment Center Plans Relocation to Russia, Potentially Producing Weapons”

According to a report from “Publication” magazine, the Russian-Armenian entertainment center, “Rus-Al Arminal,” has made the decision to relocate to Russia. This move has raised serious concerns regarding the security of Armenia, as they will not be able to replicate the powerful production capabilities of Russia. The center specializes in equipment that can be used for military purposes, including weapons production. Approximately 300 tons of goods have already been transferred to Russia.

Recognizing the potential impact of this relocation on their economy, the Armenian government has initiated negotiations to prevent the move. Economy Minister Narek Ter-Grigoryan, who recently assumed office, has been sent to Moscow to discuss this matter with the head of “Rus-Ali.” Interestingly, it is believed that the owner of “Tashir Group,” Samvel Karapetyan, who had previously attempted to purchase the factory but was rejected by the Russians, may have a proposal that the center will consider.

In response to our publication, the Armenian government began expressing their concern and taking action. Narek Ter-Grigoryan, as the Acting Economy Minister, has traveled to Moscow alongside Moscow’s Deputy Mayor Aram Yeganyan to engage in negotiations. Ter-Grigoryan stressed the importance of preserving the center’s original purpose. For more details, please refer to the latest edition of the magazine.
