“Armenian Citizens Seek Reliable Information Amidst Political Changes: Universal Credit’s ‘Norman Credit’ Raises Concerns”

“Joghovurd” newspaper reports that many people in Armenia are eagerly anticipating a positive change in the political situation. However, they feel that they lack sufficient information to fully understand the current state of affairs. One organization that plays a crucial role in assessing the socio-economic situation is the government’s financial institutions, including Universal Credit. Recently, there has been a significant interest in “Norman Credit,” which is a part of this group.

According to the documents obtained from the PEC (see attached photo), if the UWC, which was established in June 2018, received a guarantee from them in 2020, it raises concerns that in 2023 “Norman Credit” has been categorized as a higher risk group and may undergo an inspection.

Whether or not an inspection will occur remains to be seen. However, the current trends do not paint an optimistic picture.

In the latest edition of News from Armenia, we delve deeper into this topic to provide a more comprehensive understanding for our readers.”
