“Unofficial Messages Confirm Escalating Tensions Between Iran and Israel Amidst War Questions, Reports Asharq al-Awsat”

Iran and Israel are currently engaged in escalating tensions, according to a report by the Asharq al-Awsat newspaper. Unofficial messages are being exchanged between the two sides, confirming the growing conflict. Israel reportedly sent a message to Iran, expressing its readiness to accept a limited military response from Iran following a ceasefire agreement violation. This came after Israeli military forces attacked the Iranian embassy’s military base in Damascus, the capital of Iran. The United States is also said to be working on finding a compromise between the two countries in order to establish boundaries that should not be crossed.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), Iran’s elite military force, announced on April 1 that seven of its military advisors were killed in the attack on the Iranian embassy in Damascus. Israel has not received an official response from Tehran regarding the incident. However, Daniel Haggar, the Israeli army spokesman, clarified that the attack targeted a military facility of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, rather than Iranian territory.

Reports from Bloomberg suggest that the United Nations and its allies are concerned about the unpredictability of Iran’s possible response, which might involve accurate missile strikes on Israeli military and administrative targets. The situation remains tense, and the international community is closely monitoring the developments between Iran and Israel.
