The government presented amendments to the Law on “State Administration in the Field of Public Services” and corresponding package on April 12. These amendments aim to improve the implementation of electronic processes and information exchange between the state registry for public service registration and state bodies.

The draft emphasizes the importance of a separate database for the state registry. This database will allow authorized employees of state bodies to collect and upload information in real-time, which will then be automatically downloaded into the relevant public service accounts.

Inaccurate transmission of information in the state registry, caused by incorrect data entry and uploading by authorized employees, will now be prevented thanks to the obligations outlined in the current regulations.

The obligations of the state registry will be fulfilled by the organization responsible for resolving disputes, as well as through multilateral agreements and contracts with state bodies.

Through the implementation of an electronic system for public service registration, the government aims to guarantee the accurate and timely transmission of information. This will be achieved through online information exchange by authorized employees of state bodies.
