The government of the Republic of Armenia has approved the production of valuable metals, the processing of valuable stones, and the export of these materials by qualified legal professionals and licensed mining companies. It is important for these professionals and companies to meet specific requirements and be regulated by the relevant legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union. They must also obtain special permission or a license to engage in activities related to the production and export of these materials. This decision will help member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union to have their mineral resources recognized in the European region, considering the need for double recognition. Additionally, subcontractors in Armenia involved in mining will be able to carry out their own production activities across the entire territory of the Eurasian Economic Union without facing additional administrative burdens.
