Today, it has been reported that 20 soldiers have been injured in a military operation, one of whom is in critical condition. The Ministry of Defense has released a statement regarding this matter, stating that the injuries range from severe, moderate, to light. In addition, previous reports from NEWS.am mentioned that 4 soldiers were wounded in an explosion in Meghri. Both contractual and conscripted soldiers were among the victims and the wounded.

It is worth mentioning that NEWS.am had previously reported on the “Ural” military vehicle that was transporting conscripted soldiers of the RA Armed Forces. The vehicle is still stuck in the aftermath of the incident, which occurred while traveling from the urban area to the snow-covered section and was later found in a nearby mountainous area.

According to preliminary data from the Ministry of Defense, there have been 4 casualties and injuries as a result of the incident. However, this information is currently being verified.

As a result of the incident, we now have 20 injured soldiers and are currently addressing the issue of transportation. The main physician at the Meghri hospital is involved in handling this matter.
