Environmental inspectors from Yerevan City Hall recently uncovered six illegal dumps near the military commissariat buildings of Artsakh. Upon inspection, they discovered boxes of counterfeit paper products, which were then confiscated. With the assistance of the police, the Environmental Protection Department of Shengavit district was relocated to Ashtarak city, where the seized items will be stored and disposed of properly. In a separate incident, a young offender was found in possession of four counterfeit $100 bills. Further investigation revealed that on April 8, these individuals had sold $800 worth of counterfeit bills to a local pawnshop. The relevant documents have been forwarded to law enforcement agencies.
