“Prime Minister Pashinyan Denies Allegations of Chocolate Bribery and Challenges Critics”

Today, many people express their dissatisfaction with the public system, claiming that it is not functioning properly. A common complaint is that important documents are often missing signatures, resulting in inconvenience for individuals. However, this issue lies with the person responsible for signing, whether they are aware of their inability or not. This matter was discussed on April 11 during a report on the implementation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia’s program for 2023. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the issue, stating that there are rumors about his family member being involved in legal troubles on his behalf. He emphatically denied receiving any form of bribe, referring to the allegations as baseless. Pashinyan emphasized the importance of equality under the law and questioned why there is controversy surrounding this topic. He also remarked that those who are creating problems for themselves should not blame others and encouraged open discussion on the matter. Overall, Pashinyan’s self-assurance in addressing these allegations is noteworthy.
