Today, on April 11, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the issue of political leadership during a discussion on the government’s program for 2023. He acknowledged that the biggest challenge lies in the fact that the ceasefire, established in 1994, has left the country unchanged while the world has rapidly evolved. Pashinyan highlighted the consequences of being stuck in the past and emphasized the need for adaptation. He also addressed the problems faced during the 44-day war, citing the lack of preparedness and inadequate training of the army as key concerns. Furthermore, Pashinyan acknowledged public criticism and took responsibility for the perceived lack of government efficiency and disorder in the country.
