On April 11, Levon Ayvazyan, the Minister of Defense and State Secretary for Protecting National Security and International Cooperation of the Republic of Armenia, met with Emil Gebbeo, the Chief of the Eastern Europe Division of the Foreign Affairs of the Royal Court of Sweden. Gebbeo was on an official visit to Armenia at the time.

The Ministry of Defense reported that the meeting primarily focused on the ongoing reforms being implemented within the ministry, as well as addressing issues concerning regional security. Both parties had the opportunity to exchange their perspectives on defense cooperation and stressed the significance of military collaboration between Armenia and Sweden.
