“GTH Consulting Collaborates with State Judicial Committee of Armenia to Enhance Forensic Expertise and Database Management”

Today, an American consulting company called GTH Consulting was welcomed by the State Judicial Committee of Armenia during a working visit. The meeting was led by Armen Hovsepyan, who is the head of the National Bureau of Expertise of Judicial Examinations at the RA Ministry of Justice.

GTH Consulting is a globally recognized company that specializes in forming and managing databases for forensic medicine, as well as incorporating international standards. They collaborate with forensic medicine laboratories, research institutions, and other organizations in different countries.

According to NEWS.am, the head of the State Judicial Committee of Armenia, Arsen Ayvazyan, received an order from GTH Consulting. He expressed gratitude to the company’s experts for their contribution to an international conference held in Yerevan. The conference aimed to familiarize Armenia with the requirements of international standards for building and developing forensic medical databases.

Ayvazyan mentioned that the State Judicial Committee plays a crucial role in implementing international information database formation and professional competence development. As the largest body involved in forensic activities in Armenia, the committee is ready to cooperate in upgrading the national database of registered data in the country.

The head of GTH Consulting, Tim Shelbert, stated that they are prepared to share their extensive experience from collaborating with various countries to enhance forensic expertise and its implementation in Armenia. This includes improving the identification, disclosure, and investigation of crimes committed in the country.

During the meeting, discussions revolved around the work of forensic examination bodies, the importance of forensic examinations, the practical application of these examinations, and the completed processes of forming the database of registered data. Other topics of uncertainty and potential transformation were also addressed.
