The new leader of Fine Gael, Simon Harris, has been chosen as the Prime Minister of Ireland. He has garnered the support of the majority of the members of the Irish Parliament. Harris has defended his position 88 times and emerged victorious in 69 of those instances. As a result, at the age of 37, he will become the youngest prime minister in the country’s history.

During his term, Harris will have meetings with President Michael Higgins and will officially be appointed as the head of government. He will then commence with a series of meetings with his cabinet members.
