A criminal case has been initiated based on testimony from the governor of Parakar, Davit Minasyan. The case focuses on a criminal offense of hooliganism, as outlined in Article 297, Part 1 of the Criminal Code. NEWS.am received this information today, April 8, from the investigative committee.

In his complaint, the governor of Parakar raised concerns to Nelli Sogoyan, the head of the municipality’s Department of Education, and also sent a complaint to the authorities. The investigative committee has confirmed that an investigation is currently in progress.
