The number of Israeli civilians in the gas field is declining, according to a statement by the Israeli Ministry of Defense. John Kirbin, a spokesperson for the Israeli National Security, stated that there is no need to declare a “state of emergency and evacuation” if any new action occurs. He further explained that the speech refers to the security and evacuation of these forces. When asked about the next step of Israel in this process, Kirbin stated that there is no need to talk about any new action to be expected by these forces.

Previously, the Israeli armed forces had announced that only one brigade remains in the gas field in Israel after the military withdrawal from the region. This development shows a decrease in the presence of Israeli civilians in the area.
