“French Peacekeeper’s Frustration Escalates as Protests Rock Baku: French Employees Expelled Amidst Heightened Security Investigation”

The protests in Baku have intensified the frustration of Martin Rayan, a French citizen involved in the peacekeeping mission in Azerbaijan. According to APA reports, this frustration has been ongoing for the past four months. On December 4th, Martin Ryan, the head of Merkorama LLC, was detained by the Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan. He was charged with interfering with public order. As a result of the investigation, two French employees were deemed “persona non grata” and were forced to leave the country. The investigation also revealed French secret service networks, which included “international extremist organizations involved in conflicts.”
