According to APA, the city’s military and socio-political committee proposed a draft law called “The Status of Separatists and Obligatory Returnees” during a meeting. The chairman of the committee, Musa Ghulyev, emphasized the importance of addressing the issue of Eastern Azerbaijan’s separatists and suggested that the introduction of new measures would provide an opportunity to reconsider the law.
