Adrbedjan’s Minister of Defense, Zakir Hasanov, recently held an official meeting with Haluk Guven, the head of the defense committee of Turkey’s presidential administration. According to APA, Hasanov expressed confidence that the joint military projects between Azerbaijan and Turkey will contribute to the strengthening of the “brotherly relations between the two countries” by safeguarding the interests of both sides. H. Guven, in turn, emphasized the fruitful cooperation between the defense ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkey, extending beyond the military to other fields. The meeting also explored the potential for further development of military-industrial collaboration with the involvement of Turkish military-industrial companies’ top management.
