A real estate agency has been approached to handle the sale, and they have confirmed that there are no obstacles in the process. The church, located in Güyödü village, was built in the 19th century and is known for its beautiful interior and exterior walls adorned with religious paintings. It has been registered since 2012 as a preserved immovable property deserving first-degree protection.
