The “Hraparak” daily reported that Samvel Babayan, former governor of the Karabakh Security Council, is considering running in the upcoming presidential elections. He has already begun discussing this possibility with various sources. It is important to note that Babayan has been in a serious disagreement with Arman Babajanyan, the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army. Additionally, Babayan has not been actively involved in the elections of the “Homeland Salvation Movement,” which he co-founded. He has distanced himself from Nikol Pashinyan, claiming that Pashinyan did not meet his expectations.

After the war in Artsakh, there was a plan to establish a building to address the issues faced by displaced Artsakh Armenians. This initiative was supposed to be led by former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, but for unknown reasons, it was abandoned. It should be noted that these units are being formed with Pashinyan’s agreement in order to fill vacant positions.

Furthermore, there is active cooperation between the western regions and the representatives of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP). Any unit formed in this field is currently being coordinated with Pashinyan’s agreement. For more detailed information, please refer to the newspaper today.
