“Ministry of Justice Proposes Amendments to Law on Judicial System; Impacts Scientific Services, International Organizations, and Transportation Services”

The Ministry of Justice is proposing amendments and additions to the Law on Judicial System, which was adopted on September 9, 2010. These proposed changes will also affect the scientific service of the Republic of Armenia, international organizations, scientific presentations, judicial decisions, diplomatic relations, and scientific professionals associated with transportation services. The amendments will cover various areas such as organizing and auditing transportation services, transportation accounting standards, and the regulation of transportation accounting. It is important to note that these regulations also apply to transportation services provided by the latest instruments and the types of accounting indicators.

According to paragraphs 28-29 of the second issue, the regulations governing scientific services, international organizations, scientific presentations, and transportation services provided by diplomatic relations are also applicable to organizations under the Republic of Armenia agreement signed by the RA Constitutional Court. Additionally, paragraph 15 of the twelfth issue states that the red indicators for accounting standards in scientific services, international organizations, scientific presentations, and transportation services provided by diplomatic relations are determined based on the request of the Minister of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The red indicators for transportation services supported by the RA National Academy of Sciences are also specified in this manner.

It is worth mentioning that the regulations concerning transportation services provided by technical personnel are denoted by red indicators represented by the letter “D” in Latin letters. On the other hand, red indicators represented by the letter “T” in Latin letters are associated with the technical staff who support transportation services. However, the criteria for these regulations regarding the participating organizations have not been clearly defined. The proposed project aims to establish regulations for the accounting and exclusion of participating transportation services. It also includes the specification of red indicators represented by the letter “H” in Latin letters, with each participating transportation service having a unique red indicator.
