Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan Meets with Residents of Occupied Stepanakert, Raises Concerns Over Human Rights Situation

Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan recently held a meeting with the remaining residents of Stepanakert, a city currently occupied by another group. The meeting, organized by the Artsakh Human Rights Organization, aimed to address the concerns and issues faced by the residents. It is worth noting that the text documenting the meeting did not include any photos or videos. During the visit, Tatoyan expressed his worry about the situation faced by the residents, particularly their ability to exercise their rights and freedoms within and beyond the conflict area. In order to support the mental well-being of the residents, psychologists and social workers offered counseling services and shared experiences from veterans.
