Any action, step, or initiative that does not harm Armenia is actually beneficial. According to a report by NEWS.am, Metaxe Hakobyan, the representative of the Artsakh Republic’s “Justice” group, responded to MP Nikol Pashinyan’s announcement during a government meeting. Hakobyan stated that certain regions, which were liberated from the Lachin region by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, are taking steps that pose a threat to the national security of the Republic of Armenia.

Hakobyan emphasized that all their actions and decisions are focused on one goal – to regain their illegally occupied homeland in a just and fair manner. He acknowledged the existence of the Republic of Artsakh but condemned their illegal occupation of their fatherland. Hakobyan urged all institutions of Artsakh to actively participate in the process of restoring their homeland and reassured that their efforts will not jeopardize Armenia’s existence or security.

The representative of Artsakh’s government also dismissed Pashinyan’s announcement, stating that they would never take any steps that could endanger them. In their eyes, the Republic of Artsakh is an integral part of the Republic of Armenia, and they cannot be separated from each other.

It has been reported that certain areas in the recently liberated territories from Lachin are engaging in activities that undermine the national security of Armenia.
