“Armenian Authorities’ Actions on Tavush Villages Spark Concern Among Population, Earn Criticism from ‘Past’ Newspaper”

Newspaper reports have recently caused concern among the population regarding the activities of the Armenian authorities in relation to the Tavush villages. It was expected that they would take concrete steps to address the concerns, but instead, they have come up with excuses and proposed new “methods.” According to “Past” newspaper, Nikol Pashinyan, along with his team and some former officials, have organized visits to various regions to inform the public, but there has been no progress in addressing the issues of the population.

In the coming months, there are expected to be more public discussions, debates, and demonstrations where the authorities will need to address the questions raised about their legitimate activities. It should be noted that none of the territories mentioned have ever belonged to Armenia, despite recent claims made by Pashinyan. However, some of the meetings and discussions organized by the officials are primarily meant to gather a crowd to demonstrate support.

Unfortunately, these public and private discussions only worsen the tense situation in the country and create unnecessary tension. For more information, please refer to the latest issue of “Past” newspaper.
