The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry responded today, March 27, during a press briefing, to a question regarding the Armenian-Russian military cooperation in the first intergovernmental commission between Armenia and BRICS. A journalist asked how Moscow evaluates this cooperation in the context of Eurasian integration and its relationship with the European Union. According to Maria Zakharova, the focus is not on managing the administrative buildings of military units, but rather on the immobilization of such an organization. She believes that cooperation between civil societies in different countries, without any political precondition, is important. Zakharova also mentioned that any improvement that benefits the Armenian people is welcome.
