“Venezuelan President Narrowly Escapes Assassination Plot during Visit to Caracas: Arrests Made”

The President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, has claimed that he narrowly escaped an assassination attempt during his visit to Caracas. This information was reported by “RIA Novosti.” Maduro revealed during a press conference held by Diosdado Cabello that two suited men had tried to attack him, allegedly planning to use explosives. He stated that these men claimed to be members of a right-wing fascist organization named ‘Vent’e Vent’e Ventsuela’ and they had carried out this act on instructions from a mastermind. The individuals have been apprehended and have admitted to their involvement.

In March, two Venezuelan nationals were arrested for their alleged involvement in a plot to assassinate Maduro. Earlier, in January, 32 individuals were arrested in the country for planning demonstrations against Maduro, with ties to the United States.
