“Record-breaking Number of Illegal Activities Uncovered by Armenian National Security Services”

According to an official notification from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, the National Security Service divisions discovered a total of 91 cases related to illegal activities on March 25-26. Among these cases, 2 had been previously conducted.

According to a report by NEWS.am, the violations primarily involved illegal possession and trafficking of firearms, transportation without proper driving privileges, criminal possession of drugs, and various forms of exploitation and fraud. The cases also included offenses such as extortion, forgery, obstruction of justice, and violation of labor rights and safety regulations.

During this period, there were 4 individuals who were wanted by authorities, and 3 persons have been detained so far. In addition, investigations into previous illegal activities uncovered a case involving bodily injury, property damage, and obstruction of property.

In terms of road safety, the country experienced a total of 9 fatalities and 15 injuries resulting from traffic accidents within the span of one day.
