The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, recently expressed his concerns regarding the national security of the Republic of Armenia. In an interview with the Greek newspaper “Kathimerini,” he stated that the organization responsible for national security has not fulfilled its responsibilities according to the Collective Security Treaty. Pashinyan mentioned that as a result, Armenia has suspended its participation in the organization from September 2023 onwards. Despite this decision, he emphasized that Armenia remains committed to strengthening its security partnerships and ensuring peace and stability in the region.
