“Podcast Host Shaky Isayan Calls for Optimization of Academic City in Latest Episode”

The host of the “Social Justice” podcast, Shaky Isayan, recently shared on his Facebook page that the upcoming episode will focus on the topic of “the academic city.” In his post, Isayan expressed his belief that the current established system is flawed and fails to provide valuable answers or create anything meaningful. He also highlighted the need for compulsory optimization of the public system, shedding light on the problems faced due to negligence in village administration.

Isayan criticized the outdated nature of the Republican Committee of the city of Yerevan named Komitas, questioning the contributions of cultural institutions such as the Opera and the Philharmonic to the overall cultural development of the city. He raised the concern of people from different countries being unaware of prestigious universities like Berkley and Sorbonne. Isayan pondered whether these universities would be transformed into hotels instead of serving as academic and cultural hubs.

Isayan further drew attention to the closed-mindedness of oligarchs who refuse to consider the potential investment opportunities in the development of an academic city that would feature metro and tram services. He urged readers to think about the concept of a “virtual academic city” with virtual transport networks. Isayan encouraged audience engagement by asking them to share suggestions for future podcast topics in the comments section.

This episode of the podcast addresses these pressing concerns and provides a platform for discussion. Stay tuned for more updates and news from Armenia.
