On March 25, at 11:28, the emergency headquarters of the Syunik regional government received an alert regarding a trapped 10-year-old child in the village of Verin Kotanan. It was necessary to mobilize cars to move the child to Kapan, and the assistance of rescuers was required for the relocation. This information was reported by the Emergency Situations Ministry to NEWS.am.

According to NEWS.am, the incident took place on the border of the Syunik regional emergency headquarters. Rescuers successfully transferred A.P., who was born in 2013, to the emergency shelter in Kapan and provided assistance to the parents.
