An individual wearing a military uniform is currently located near the entrance of the Ministry of Defense, where they are now attempting to surrender. Narik Sargsyan, the press secretary of the NGN Foundation, informed reporters about this matter.

It should be noted that three civilians have attempted to attack the New Norkh District Administrative Building of the NGN Foundation, during which they utilized violence and injured two individuals, subsequently moving them to a medical facility for treatment.
