Breakdowns have been reported in the work of Telegram messengers in Crocus City Hall concert hall. The issues occurred at 21:30 Moscow time, after the concert had already started. Users in Moscow and other countries, including the United States, Spain, Poland, Turkey, and Armenia, experienced problems connecting to the application and accessing the server, according to the Downdetector website.

ZLM announced the release of the Crocus City Hall concert on March 22, with music performed by the Pincik group. Tragically, during the concert, at least three individuals opened fire in the hall, causing panic and an explosion. Reports indicate 40 casualties and 100 injured.
