This is a formal political response, stating that the residents of the villages of Tavush were evacuated due to the hostile actions of the authorities. Ruben Melikyan, a lawyer, expressed his protest against the injustice of Narek Samsonyan and Vazgen Saghatelyan on his Facebook page.

The situation regarding Imnemni 83 is as follows:

1) Narek Samsonyan has been transferred to the Shengavit court and the process of issuing a judge’s signature is currently ongoing. The exact time of the hearing and the judge are not yet known, but it is expected to be scheduled within the next 2-3 hours.

2) Vazgen Saghatelyan is still in custody in Yerevan and is currently facing accusations. He will soon also be transferred to the Shengavit court. Arsen Babayan is providing legal representation for Vazgen, as it is not allowed for one lawyer to represent multiple defendants.
