The Telegram channel issued a warning about new surprises, referring to the unfortunate incident that occurred prior to the Picnic concert. At this time, preliminary data suggests that there have been fatalities. Consequently, people are being evacuated from the building, as the shooting at the concert has caused panic and prompted attendees to flee the scene.
