Shinarr Artur Chakoyan recently took to Facebook to share an encounter he had with bloggers Roman Baghdasaryan on the street. He expressed his desire to have a discussion with Baghdasaryan but was obstructed by members of the criminal authorities. These individuals, who were near the school where Chakoyan works, prevented him from leaving.

Chakoyan revealed that last September, Baghdasaryan published his personal information, claiming that he is a Russian citizen and a businessman. As a result, Chakoyan sought the assistance of his personal security guards and ended up being injured.

Despite facing difficulty in leaving the school without being followed, Chakoyan expressed his intention to speak with Baghdasaryan. However, those accompanying him warned Chakoyan that Baghdasaryan would not come out. Nevertheless, Chakoyan has not given up and still remains in the vicinity, unable to leave.

Chakoyan clarified that the criminal authorities have prevented Baghdasaryan from exiting the school premises, and it appears that the bloggers are being protected with government resources.
