On March 21, at 13:46, the Shirak regional emergency management center received information that an explosion occurred near the village of Pemzashen, resulting in casualties. The assistance of rescue workers is necessary.

According to the information received from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it is reported that an explosion occurred in the area where the Shirak regional emergency management center is located.

It has been clarified that the fourth section of the Artik-Pemzashen road, a Mitsubishi vehicle (driver: A. H., born in 1968), collided with a utility pole and caught fire.

Before the arrival of the rescuers, the driver and his passenger, K. A. (born in 2002), managed to get out of the car and were taken to a hospital.

The rescuers extinguished the fire, cleared the area, and carried out road restoration work.
